Sale closed last night, wire cleared into my account overnight. I am no longer a slum Lord!
Just finished all the paperwork and calculations, all that's left to do now is to write the checks for estimated taxes next month, and do the tax returns next year.
I am FREE!!!!!!
And friggin' exhausted! What a week, dealing with all the deal bullshit, and trying to get my taxes done with a recalcitrant brokerage house that refuses to get their 1099 correct. Time to crack the first beer of the day!
