I see some shit now and then. One example; the guy/lady on Van Nuys making a right turn. All well and good until it's from the third lane to the left of the turn. The traffic was stopped at a red light, cross traffic had the green, and dude/dudette at the front just decided to "Go with the flow".
The real problem I see is not much traffic enforcement. That is also just a comment on the general Cali liberal "Dihint do nuffin" attitude.
