Initial investigation found self defense.
Filing charges, especially 2nd degree murder are unwarranted, and it screams the Obama administration is just pandering to its base. A grand jury? Sure, maybe, and IF the grand jury found that charges were warranted, I'd be 100% behind their decision. But to go to bat with the decision by one hand picked 'investigator'...well that screams misconduct to me.
