I got rid of my BofA card over a decade ago. I had autopayments setup so I wouldn't have to worry about missing a payment. They shut it off without notifying me. So, all of a sudden my 0% card is 25% and of course late fees. I called them and they told me to pound sand. I paid off the balance and cut up the card.
