Since the conversion costs so much most i see have a hitch ramp setup to carry the scooter.
That of course is only helpful if your wife can transition into a vehicle without extreme effort.
I've seen people using the new taller delivery type vans for handicap access now since theyre FWD the back is super low and ramp easily installed, just a thought.
