Way back when I was 13, Tony moved to my area from upstate NY. Two weeks before he moved down, his best friend was killed on a dirt bike. Broadsided a cow that was on the road. ( Tony was allowed to have a dirtbike until he moved out of the house )

I rode dirt bike from when I was 18 to my early 30s. I crashed plenty of times, sometimes quite spectacularly

Enclosed vehicles are much safer than open modes of transportation.
