Oh this is just too rich.
Essentially the Obama administration set up a secure data center for key insiders like Google, Level 3 (pretty much the internet), JP Morgan, Chase, and a bunch of other huge companies where they can make accounts, check policy initiatives that are important to them (ie create policy) and then contribute money to make those policies come alive. Just, you know, Obama and Hillary selling out the nation. No biggy.
