1. To get the warrant to look at those emails, the FBI had to show probable cause that a crime has been committed. This isn't a fishing expedition- the only thing we don't know is what crime(s), and who was involved.
This means the original investigation hasn't been reopened- it's been reopened and expanded into a Grand Jury investigation. Big difference.
2. Team Hillary can demand transparency, because they know damned good and well that Grand Juries are sworn to secrecy. On the other hand, I'm sure Huma's lawyers have a copy of the warrant, which would spell it all out, or could get one in short order.
