We got our 2 boys from a rescue shelter. The story we got was that they were from a puppy mill down south that went out of business and were about to be put to sleep when the group we got them from stepped in. Vinny was lovable right from the start but Gus was TERRIFIED of men! It has taken 1.5 years for him to trust me enough to even let me put a leash on him to take him for a walk. They are about 2.5 years old now.
