We took off to Delcambre yesterday and bought 28lbs of
*fresh shrimps.
left some whole, de-headed and peeled some.
Used 2lbs. of 91 count and taught the kids to make etouffee' the old fashioned way....I aint much on *that* kind of etouffee.
And Garf---I didn't have enough heads and shells to make shrimp stock.
*fresh at the dock, boat been out 10 days and shrimps on ice.
