3 & 5 are hot, slight preference for 3 because I have a distaste for belly button piercings.
#1 has a pretty face, but with the bodies of 3 and 5 in there, she doesn't stand a chance without more details on the T&A.
#4 looks like she is made entirely of plastic. I don't mind a little enhancement here or there, but when the whole thing descends into looking like a mannequin, well, that just doesn't do it for me.
