Interesting that the skateboard turns up now, when the Kenosha police couldn't seem to find it. It would have been an instructional exhibit for the defense....pass it out to the jury members, so they can FEEL it and imagine what it would do to any of them if they were struck by it.
But of course, the police colluded with the prosecution to NOT find the skateboard, to NOT examine the contents of the gun toting Bicep Boy's phone, etc. But boy were they Johnny on the spot to literally wave around Kyle's gun, and they had no qualms about going through Kyle's phone, even though Kyle was clearly a victim that should have been protected by 'Marcy's Law."
And yes, I know it's satire, I know that the skateboard is still being hidden.
