That photo is actually a 4K screen grab. Pulling a screen grab from one frame of video at *typical shutter speeds for video* rarely results in sharp photos. So, you have to set your camera up accordingly.
This was recorded at 30 FPS with a shutter speed of 1/2000th sec. The resulting video looks like shit but the individual frames look OK.
I don't do this too often because quite honestly it's a gigantic PITA and the work flow is kinda time consuming. But when it does work it works OK.
