When I "punted" the Subaru out of the way with my '01 Suburban, it knocked the valance loose too. ( broke the turn signal lens and broke the bolt on hubcap. I drove home, the Subaru got flat bedded )
A few bolts and fender washers ( larger diameter ) fixed it right up. You can probably do the same thing to yours
