But what about the poor bastards that lived before Christ?
And why couldn't Christ have come sooner and redeemed more people? Were they not good enough, as compared to the ones that came along later?
And wouldn't it have been much simpler (and with fewer people condemned vs have been redeemed in the first place) if these rules hadn't been the rules in the first place?
