Cup race at 4 pm will have two "competition cautions" to allow track maintenance and tire changes in addition to the breaks between stages. NASCAR has lost its way.

Meh, it was ok for background noise while I watched the stock market, fixed window springs, worked out and did other stuff.
Racing on dirt with that kind of horsepower is ok in my world.
The final stage in the 4pm race is long. It'll be interesting to see if the tires last.
Bar Rescue was all repeats anyway.
