doing some demo work today in the guesthouse, taking out a raised floor in the boiler room (new boiler does not need a raise floor), cleaning up the dust, and i see in the framing a leftover tool (not mine), a utility knife, with spare blades!

a good renovation job is when you find someone else's old tool.
