First, a little housekeeping...
Don't forget to book your hotel, if you plan to stay at the Hampton. Dixie is cooking again this year, so send in your payment, if you plan to eat at the hotel any of the nights you're there. Marcus still has a few spots left in his detailing schedule and we still need keg donations.

BRIII Registration is LIVE!!!

here. It's self explanatory as you click from screen to screen.
For those that have never before registered, the first page shows the entire agenda. As you click through to register, you will see a page for which you are asked to check off if you're attending. This is not a complete list of the events on the agenga. It is just a list of the few items on the list for which we need participation numbers.
Some of the events for which we need a head count have additional charges associated with them, some of them do not. Regardless of whether or not there is a fee, PLEASE CHECK OFF ANY OF THE EVENTS THAT YOU WILL BE ATTENDING. On the flip side of that, don't click on any items for which you do not plan to participate. We need (somewhat) accurate numbers on these.
On the NCM website, you will see that things such as Mammoth Cave and Mickey's on Main are listed "no fee" (as pictured below). There is a fee at the door for some of these events. However, they are listed as "no fee" on the NCM site because NCM is not collecting these fees ahead of time. Please refer to the fees on the agenda, listed at the bottom of this post.
A few changes:
Golf Cart Autocross is not on the agenda. Due to liability reasons, they are no longer able to offer this event.
The autocross at Trace Die Cast will be run by an NCM staff member. However, we will need volunteers to assist in set up, running the race and clean up.
Finally, plant tours are not offered right now, as the plant is retooling for the C7.

- Tour Description: From the craggy breakdown of the Rocky Mountains, enter the beautifully elliptical Cleveland Avenue, encrusted with gypsum formations in various crystalline shapes and sizes, from sparkling needles to showy mineral "flowers". Arrive one mile later in the Snowball Room and enjoy a bite to eat - just as visitors have done there since the 19th century!
