I remember one year there was this old dude who looked like Howard Schnellenberger and drove a faded, Tuxedo Black, '64 Stingray coupe.
I remember on one occasion he kept getting kudos from everyone for having the chutzpah to keep a survivor's car in the game and he gruffly replied while sucking on his pipe to relight it,
"I got it to drive, not to look at!"
