I have that Don Hume for a Glock 27. The belt clip is sturdy, and on a good belt, it's never felt insecure, however, I wish it had loops as it does permit the gun to cant forwards or backwards at bit. If I was only going to have one holster, it would be the Milt Sparks, but don't know if they make a J-frame version.
BTW, the Don Hume does stay 'open' so you can re-holster with one hand.
