Again, why not at least have our children protected at school? A place that they must go by law (unless home schooled).
The need at other public places as you have mentioned is not nearly as important. These places are optional to attend unlike school.
You don't have to send your kids to the mall or movies, school, yes.

At least you seem to allow firearm ownership, just with a caveat.
