I can't remember if I brought it up back then, but ONE good Democrat idea actually came out of California of all places.
There IS actually an ideal place for more involved govt. regulation - med mal insurance. Unlike Obama and the Democrat's flat out lies about price gouging in health insurance, that IS actually taking place with med-mal in a lot of places, since Doctors ARE captive and are a smaller market than the public at large.
So there's a Democrat idea I think was good, before anyone takes me as a hyperpartisan.
