1) Make the system easier for folks who want to come here. It shouldn't take years of sponsorship and paperwork to come here and get your citizenship
2) Provide a system for migrant workers to come here for seasonal work, etc.
3) Require folks to not have lived here for a year to begin qualifications for either of the above
4) Prosecute, severely, anyone who is here illegally.
5) Prosecute, severely, any company that hires folks without the proper paper work.
