There is a small sweet little island in the middle of the Butler chain of lakes near Disney; its called "Bird Island"; they close it to the public about every other year because of drugs, drunks and douchebags. Mostly teenagers with Daddy's expensive ski boat rafting them together and partying and fighting. Its horrible.
