Since anti-coagulants are the tx for that, can you just start drinking Irish Coffee? Simply add Kahlua or Bailey's to your coffee!
Then there's decaf coffee, and maybe also consider mixing some chicory in your coffee? That will give you a rich, smooth, full bodied flavor while diluting the caffeine. Of course, some folks think chicory coffee tastes like licking a tree, so there's that.
