coathanger + sharpshooter shovel, + hacksaw + assorted pvc fittings + a can of the purple stuff, and a sement of pvc pipe + several hours. Expect to break a sprinkler line or two, also.
Bright side: it should be easy to make holes in supersaturated soil.
