I wish my dad would have talked about Vietnam more. He shared some snippets but was pretty bitter, especially after gulf war vets came back as heroes but him and his fellow vn vets were baby killers, etc.

He was USAF radio guy and told me about the “Saigon drop” to avoid small arms fire. He hated to fly since he came home in like 1966.
