I don't see a problem with it. But then again, it's Canada, not my problem. Seems Canada might be making an attempt at creating based on the failures of our own constitution and justice system.
Anything to keep criminals locked up is fine by me.

You don't see any problem, any problem at all, with imprisoning someone, possibly for the rest of their life, simply because you fear they MIGHT commit a crime in the future? Seriously?
