My bro lives in Cape Coral, on the water, I think he had $50_K in total damages, his policy paid nothing, as I think he has 5+% deductible on $1M dwelling coverage.
I bet there are many in Lee that had no coverage and got bailed out 100% by TAXPAYERS via fema.
Same was done for renters, who probably filed $50K each for damages inside their apartments.
