Well, before the cop arrived, the old guy was getting around just fine, not in distress. AFTER the cop arrived, the old man was left crumpled on the ground, motionless, having a heart episode of some kind, gasping for breath.
Something happened. What was it? Something caused a yuge change in the old guy's health status. It wasn't harsh language.
