We aren't disagreeing here. This ship was leaving port, so it would have had tugs guiding it out of it's berth, with the harbor pilot(s) on the bridge of the ship. I'm just saying, had the tugs stayed with the ship until it got centered and facing properly in the channel, and past the bridge, this would have been prevented.
