Nothing gets fixed by traveling down this racial rabbit hole, although I find myself doing it occasionally, too. IMO, the fix is eliminating government entitlements.

One thing the government DOES understand, is that if they stop sending gubmit checks, the animals will come after everyone else's checks.
Crime will skyrocket.
The solution is to incarcerate HEAVILY until it is understood that stealing will take years off your life.
Two strike rule. First time, regular justice. Second time...HARD time. Back breaking road work for the duration.
THEN when it is understood that crime will be dealt with, then take away the gubmit cheese.
