Wife calls for a domestic, husband and wife both agree nothing physical took place, deputies agree no crime took place, husband is calm, speaks with deputies. Deputy tells guy he needs to leave for the night, guy says the man doesn't leave the house because the wife is upset (rough translation, my Spanglish isn't great).
The deputies handcuff and attack the guy, when they throw him on the concrete, his leg actually breaks off. Dude almost bleeds to death right there on the porch of his own house.

Guy has leg amputated at hospital, saving his life. No charges for the deputies, and no settlement for this guy, who can no longer work with only one leg. I'm guessing the wife regrets calling the cops now.
