Not really traveling, but rather driving locally.
First off, I'll drive over to the MILs nursing home and drop off a card and
gift box of nuts for her to share with her house-mates.
I'll then drive to my son's house for Christmas Eve. All 3 of my kids, as well
as the 4 grand kids will be there.

Christmas day, I'll pick-up my Mom (89), and bring her to my house for
dinner (40th Annual standing rib roast), my daughter and her husband and 2 grand-daughters will show up, and my youngest son who lives with me will be here.
The wife and I have always done this for the past 51 years, and I'll
continue to do it as long as I can.

Thinking hard about inviting the dead beat BIL over, only if he takes/brings his 95 y/o
mother out of the nursing home, but right now I'm 80% against this idea
because the scumbagger would probably show up without his Mom
just for the meal (the shithead takes his mom's unfinished meals home for himself). The old lady will be 96 on Jan 8th, I'd like to do sometime nice
for her, but ****nugget BIL is in charge now that he moved into his mother's house (rent free of course). My wife was her care-taker since 2014 until 2022.

Oh well.
Merry Christmas.
