I had to pay a couple grand every year for these inspections with the complex I was running in Chicago.
It takes less than 5min for each one.
Kewl is probably looking at $300-$400
Biggest thing is having a trustworthy inspector!
Some will "fail" it & then offer to have it "fixed" at an exuberant rate. |
Get certified and do it yourself?
I know a person in South Carolina that does it. Easy 100 bucks an hour for 10 minutes work..
