If you are looking for a low dust pad use a ceramic pad. I take it you are
only useing your car on the street(little to no racing).
I am pretty sure that the Delco you mentioned are ceramic. They have a
good name.
I use Willwood pads( they are All ceramic) in different heat ranges for the front
and rear.
