Pre-pandemic:
2-3 beers (or mixed alcoholic drinks) about 1-3 days per week
Pandemic:
2-3 beers (or alcoholic drinks) 6-7 days per week
Starting 3 months ago:
2-3 beers (or alcoholic drinks -- rum & coke; grapefruit soda & tequila; vodka & soda) about 2-4 days per week
Definitely cutting back. Alcohol probably isn't great for you. But it does make one feel good.
