That's ok, but it's a little known fact that CD actually played Russell on the show. Russell was based off of Bill's smaller brother and was a follower. CD was perfect for the part as his strongest traits involve following and taking orders and CD has evolved that role all the way through his army career where finding the path of least resistance became an art form for Ze/Zim. Making the kids needing affirmation at IB HQ happy is just his newest interpretation of Russell.
