I'll let you know when we have developments. Jasper is Deep East Texas. Lots of logging goes on. There's a big LP wood mill there. They make the Tech-Shield OSB plywood you use for roof decking there. We mow a pipeline in Jasper about once a year for one of our PPL customers. so we're there regularly. It's small town East Texas. It's rural. Everyone wants to know the demographics....it's about half white, half black, with a small amount of Mexicans.
