Again, you're assuming that Sleepy Joe is aware enough about his own condition to recuse himself from political office but chose not to because he's a piece of shit asshole evil person. My suspicion is that the Dunning-Kruger effect is a significant factor here.
Perhaps the real evil POS assholes here are the ones who manipulate and support a doddering old fool and allow him to continue as President. If his minions had any shred of integrity they would declare him medically unfit to serve and force him out. THEY clearly do not care about the country.
