Congratulations.

My 49 cent-per KWh rate is second tier, which is more than 50% of my monthly cost. I get no credits whatsoever. House is a 2200sf single level with dual pane windows and a whole house fan. It's energy efficient enough that I don't even need to use the AC on 90-95 degree days, as the house stays at 74-80.
When I DO need to run the AC, on 100-115 degree days, it really costs me. And I have it set to 80 degrees. I live in Central Ca. Still have a house in the SF Bay Area that I am selling as soon as I can. I want the hell OUT of there as a landlord, who in the eyes of Coastal Liberals, is a villain.
