What course of action do you suggest for somebody who repeatedly posts conspiracy theories and dates that consistently prove to be wrong?

Other than do nothing, (which does nothing to maintain forum accountability and lends itself to BS conspiracy theory threads clogging up the section—remember our infamous conspiracy theorist?) what approach do you recommend?
