Pounded flat, butterflied, stuffed with ham and cheese, breaded, deep fried, finished in the oven, topped with Milanese sauce.

Danilo is a cool dude. Chatted with him at his joint. I am happy to throw my money at places like this.

Is that zucchini, taters, or both?
