I am sorry to hear about Oak Tree. That is not a surprise. They are such nice courses. One of the great things about golf is the beauty of the course.
(The beer maiden is another great thing about golf.
) Hopefully, Oak Tree recovers.
Lincoln Park doesn't look like the same course either. I played my first full round of golf at age six there. And have been playing there continuously since. It is sad to see the damage. I played Kickingbird last Sunday. (I played there the second day it was open in 1971) While it had a lot of damage. The course looks the same. The trees look pretty much the same. Kind of like God was re-sculpting His tree. K-bird will bounce back fairly quick.
