A young one, sure. Prone to dumb errors in judgment, no doubt...But to credit this unfortunate incident as being the parent's fault is just ridiculous.

But,,, Baby Bear isn't going to Aruba, Mexico, Cuba, Vietnam, or any other third-world country unsupervised, and her mom and I don't give a damn whether she's 18 or not. If she plans on turning 19, she'll know we're serious.
