As a former Marylander, born and raised, had to move away to a less expensive state for a more comfortable retirement. Now in DE for the last 11 years, I am not proud to say Ol' Creepy Joe is my guy........far from it.
Just about all the folks that I know "down state", laugh at him, he's a joke.
