No he has not done anything but make Americans feel better with 1/3 not on the Obama model of throw money at govt programs and one day we will pay for it, did not create jobs or keep unemployment under 8% as promised. America has quite a road to go to get the unemployment down to normal levels and this will not happen before the election no matter what Boehner, Reed or Obama want, we over spent on nothing but temp road jobs or giving states money so they did not have to cut budgets and now the states have no stimilus money and states will be cutting budgets or raising taxes and so far 3 states are not raising taxes and cutting budgets that should have been done in 2009 and our nations recovery would be in better shape than now
