The APP from Verizon for my cell phone has a setting which puts the scam calls to never never land. I also like how the phone will display someones name when calling. It was only 2.99 a month and well worth it.
I've got all that but it doesn't stop the bots from calling...area code 164???? doesn't even exist!

I think the phone companies should be held responsible for who is using their system. When you call back a number and you get "this number doesn't exist" that's crap. they shouldn't have access to phone lines.
