No it is not, maybe 50 years ago before every stubbed toe was a lawsuit, but today, that's mild, gotta figger how many man hours it takes to make his super large projects, how many trades, and the hundreds of guys in each trade to get it done on time and ahead of schedule/cheaper......shit happens, and if there is anyway in HELL they can drag down the BIG guy by adding his name/operation/corporation to the suit in search of $$$$ damn right they will.....follow the MONEY!!!!!
