I'm guessing they're not suing because they feel like they were treated fairly.
According to a USA Today investigation, he's been involved in 3500 lawsuits in the last 30 years, about half and half where he's the plaintiff or he's the defendant. I understand he's got his fingers in a lot of different ventures, but dayum...that's a lot.
